Balaji College is one of the leading Colleges in uttar pardesh. It was established in 2013. The Balaji College is run by Balaji Siksha Samiti, which is well known for excellence in education field. The Samiti was created and registered with the relieved registered authority on 2012. Besides excellence in academic results, the institute is committed to ensure all round development of the students in every sphere of life.

Balaji College was established according to the provisions of NPE to provide academic and resource support at the grass-roots level for the success of the various strategies and programmes being undertaken in the areas of elementary and Education.  Balaji College is a part of a larger strategy to achieve national goals in the areas of elementary and education and function according to the needs of individual states and districts.

Pursuit of excellence would have to inform all activities of the  Balaji College, in which context it will have two inter-related aspects :

• Excellence in the Institute own work, and
• Helping the elementary and Education systems in the district, in achieving excellence.

In this context,  Balaji College will have a very important pace-setting role to play. It will be expected to become model for other educational institutions in the district in terms of meticulous, efficient and effective planning and execution of functions, harmonious and creative organizational climate, maintenance of a clean and attractive campus etc.

 Balaji College will have three main functions, viz.

• Training (both Pre-service and in-service)
• Resource support (extension/guidance, development of materials, aids, evaluations tools etc.)
• Action research
